सैराट झालं जी (Sairat Jhala Ji) - Marathi Song Translation

Here is my attempt to translate latest Marathi song ‘सैराट झालं जी’ (Sairat Jhala Ji) from the movie ‘सैराट’ (Sairat)

Structure of translation of each stanza:
1st part – Marathi stanza
2nd part – Rough translation
3rd part – My interpretations (reason behind the rough translation)
4th part – Marathi dialect word (बोली भाषा) : Standard Marathi word (प्रमाण भाषा) : English Meaning

There are couple of words / lines I couldn't understand even though I've heard the song hundred times, however I will try to write the emotions / meaning behind the sentence, and not the literal meanings. Now I will try to interpret this poem/song from my perspective. Others might have different interpretations. I haven't watched the movie yet, so my interpretation is absolutely based on the words. The song is not in standard Marathi (प्रमाण भाषा), but in a Marathi dialect (बोली भाषा). So many words are pronounced differently than they are actually written in pure form.
This song is about a young boy and girl who are fallen in love and are wondering about their current state of mind and dreaming about their future. I think these are their feelings when they have mutually accepted their love for the first time.

Girl:
अलगुज वाजं नभात
भलतचं झालया आज
अलगद आली मनात
पहिलीच तरणी ही लाज

Rough Translation:
Here the girl is saying – “I can hear notes from flute, floating in the sky. I am experiencing strange feelings. I don’t know when this feeling has entered my mind, it is blush of first flush of youth.

My interpretations: अलगुज is flute. पहिलीच तरणी ही लाज is a very nice usage of words. Literally this means first blush of youth. I guess, this means the girl is blushing (due to love) for the first time in her youth.
Marathi dialect (बोली भाषा) : Standard Marathi (प्रमाण भाषा) : Meaning
वाजं : वाजे : Sound / to make sound
झालया : झाले आहे : has Happened

*****
Boy:

हो
अगं झनानलं काळजामंदी
अन हातामंदी हात आलं जी..
सैराट झालं जी..
सैराट झालं जी..
सैराट झालं जी..

Rough Translation: The boy extends the lines quoted by girls as – my heart beats have gone up, it is leaping up and when we hold each other’s hands, (my mind) becomes boundless. It forgets all the earthly bounds. My interpretations: This line shows craziness and strength of love. सैराट is स्वच्छंदी / मोकळा / स्वैर i.e. free, boundless.
Marathi dialect (बोली भाषा) : Standard Marathi (प्रमाण भाषा) : Meaning
झनानलं : झाणाणले : beating sound
मंदी : मधे : In

*****
Girl:

हो
बदलून गेलंया सारं
पीरतीचं सुटलंया वारं
अल्लड भांबावल्यालं
बिल्लोरी पाखरु न्यारं.

Rough Translation: She continues talking about her feelings - Everything has changed. Love is in the air. My mind which is like a cute innocent bird is feeling confused (about these new feelings)
My interpretations: अल्लड literally means inexperienced, but here the meaning of this word can be inferred as – innocent. पाखरु is bird. I am sorry I can’t translate the word बिल्लोरी, but it is used as an adjective depicting the cuteness of this bird. So बिल्लोरी पाखरु is used like a cute bird. न्यारं is different / unique.
Marathi dialect (बोली भाषा) : Standard Marathi (प्रमाण भाषा) : Meaning
गेलंया : गेले आहे : Happened
पीरती : प्रीती : Love
भांबावल्यालं : भांबावलेले : Confused

*****
Boy:

आलं मनातलं ह्या व्हटामंदी
अन् हातामंदी हात आलं जी
सैराट झालं जी.
सैराट झालं जी.
सैराट झालं जी.

Rough Translation: The boy continues on these lines and says – finally words from our heart have (finally) reached our lips. And when we hold each other’s hands, (my mind) becomes boundless. It forgets all the earthly bounds.
Marathi dialect (बोली भाषा) : Standard Marathi (प्रमाण भाषा) : Meaning
व्हट : ओठ : Lips

Girl:

कवळ्या बनात ह्या
सावळ्या उन्हात ह्या
बावळ्या मनात ह्या भरलं
तुझं गानं मना मंदी
घुमतया काना मंदी
सुर सनईचं राया सजलं

Rough Translation: She says – (Our love) is filling this tender forest, it is spreading like shadows in the sun and it is getting poured into my crazy / childish mind. Then she says, your song is resonating / echoing in my mind and notes of clarinet (सनई) are adorning my ears. Here she is drifting towards future. Last line of this stanza is the beginning of her future dreams.
My interpretations: कवळ्या बनात means tender forest, सावळ्या उन्हात is an interesting usage of words – these words are oxymoron i.e. opposites of each other. सावळ्या is ‘dark’ and उन्हात is ‘in sunlight’. Now my interpretation of this word is – shadows formed by trees when sunlight passes through their branches i.e. shadows in the sun. In Maharashtra clarinet (सनई) is played on auspicious occasions and mostly in weddings. Hence here she is imagining their marriage.
Marathi dialect (बोली भाषा) : Standard Marathi (प्रमाण भाषा) : Meaning
कवळ्या : कोवळ्या : Tender
घुमतया : घुमत आहे : Echoing
गानं : गाणे : Song

Boy:

हे सजलं उनं वारं नभ तारं सजलं
रंगलं मन हळदीनं राणी रंगलं
सरलं हे जगण्याचं झूरणं सरलं..
भिनलं नजरनं इश चारी भिनलं
अग धडाललंह्या नभामंदी..
अन ढोलासंग गात आलं जी
सैराट झालंजी
सैराट झालंजी
सैराट झालंजी
Rough Translation: He reinforces the same emotion by saying – sunlight, wind, skies and stars are also getting ready for the wedding i.e. they are also beautifying themselves. My heart is colored with the turmeric. Finally the days of anguish are over i.e. wait is over now. Romance is spreading like poison in my body by merely looking at you. When (Our love) is thundering through the skies and arriving singing songs with drum rolls, (my mind) becomes boundless. It forgets all the earthly bounds.
My interpretations: उनं वारं नभ तारं is sunlight, wind, skies and stars. By the first line, boy is expressing the grandeur / splendor of their love and its spread over every object on this earth – beyond earth. हळदी is turmeric. When he says - My heart is colored with the turmeric, he is talking about a wedding ceremony. Turmeric is used in one of the wedding ceremonies where the bride and groom are coated with turmeric by their parents and relatives. Nice selection of words. In many songs, romance is compared with poison. Here it can be interpreted as romance is resonating with each and every molecule in my body. . However I am not sure about the last lines - भिनलं नजरनं इश चारी भिनलं. I listened to the song 100 times but couldn’t get words from this line. So my interpretations about the last line might be wrong.
Marathi dialect (बोली भाषा) : Standard Marathi (प्रमाण भाषा) : Meaning
इश: विष : Poison

Girl:

अकरित घडलया
सपान हे पडलया..
गळ्यामंदी सजलया डोरलं
डोरलं
साताजन्माचं नातंरुजलंया काळजातं
तुला रं देवागत पुजलं..

Rough Translation: She continues – Something out of this world has happened. I am dreaming that you are tying mangalsutra around my neck, our relationship for next 7 births is embedded in my heart and I you become godlike / divine for me.
My interpretations: अकरित / अक्रीत is spiritism which I am interpreting as something out of this world. In Hinduism, mangalsutra is a holy thread - a necklace, that Hindu groom ties around his bride's neck during wedding. These lines are continuation of her dream from previous stanza. She is imaging herself as his groom. डोरलं is a mangalsutra. In Hinduism, they say bride and groom are tied in the holy intimate relationship for next 7 births. Hence that point has been referred here. Also, traditionally due to patriarchic nature of our society, husband has been treated as a deity / god. Hence the last line.
Marathi dialect (बोली भाषा) : Standard Marathi (प्रमाण भाषा) : Meaning
अकरित: अक्रीत : Spiritism
सपान : स्वप्न : Dream
डोरलं: मंगळसूत्र : Mangalsutra (I am not 100% sure about this meaning, but I remember reading this word somewhere and can relate it here in perfect sense)

Boy:

हेरुजलं बीज पीरतीचं सजनी रुजलं
भिजलं मन पीरमानं पुरतं भिजलं
सरलं मन मारुन जगणं सरलं..
हरलं ह्या पीरमाला समदं हरलं
अग कडाललं.. पावसामंदी
अन् आभाळाला याड लागलं जी / याद आलं जी
Rough Translation: The boy continues - seed of love has sown in the soil. My mind is drenched with your affection. Now I need not curb my desires / emotions, hence I am surrendering to love. When (Our love) is lightening the clouds during the rains, making the skies go wild, (my mind becomes boundless. It forgets all the earthly bounds.)
My interpretations: Here the boy is stating that even though their love is in budding stage, it is going to become grand. Here he also displays feeling of surrender against something larger than life. Hence great natural phenomenon like lightening, rains or great skies are mentioned. However I am not sure about the last line - अन् आभाळाला याड लागलं जी. I listened to the song 100 times but couldn’t get words from this line. So my interpretations about the last line might be wrong
Marathi dialect (बोली भाषा) : Standard Marathi (प्रमाण भाषा) : Meaning
सजनी : सजणी : Darling
